I had a pretty good experience with these guys. It wasn't a full move though. I only had them load a truck for me... we did the packing ourselves and unloaded on the other side ourselves. But everything on the loading side went as well as I could have hoped for.  They showed up on time and got straight to work. The truck was packed well and quickly.  I needed a larger truck than I rented (nothing bigger was available) but they managed to fit 99% of our stuff in the truck anyhow due to some amazing Tetris packing. The rest will easily fit in a car on another trip... no big deal at all.  I really can't believe they managed to get so much stuff in such a small truck.
